Yesterday we went mountainbiking up in the Kurth Kiln Regional Park near Gembrook. Nothing technical, just trails, roads and a tiny bit of single track. Being out of condition I was a little apprehensive, but didn’t expect my back to seize up and end up the shuffling thing-which-should-not-be that I was by last night. Still it was worth it. It is very beautiful up there.
